National Warranty
Auto Glass Replacements (Tempered): Unless otherwise specified, installation against leaks for as long as the customer owns the vehicle and manufacturer defects for a period of one year.
Auto Glass Replacements (Windshields): Unless otherwise specified, installation against leaks and manufacturer defects for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.
Windshield Repair: For as long as the customer owns the vehicle, the warranty is limited to credit for the cost of the repair, which may be applied solely to the replacement cost of a windshield purchased at one of our stores.
Subject to the following terms and conditions, this warranty will be honoured at all Apple Auto Glass locations throughout Canada.
Once an invoice is paid in full, Apple Auto Glass warrants that automobile glass (or purchased products) are free from defects in material or workmanship for the periods indicated on the front of the invoice. However, Apple Auto Glass shall not be liable for any damages or defects caused by:
Improper use, negligence, alteration, accident, incident or road hazard, inadequate repair attempted or performed by the consumer or any third party, or use of the vehicle for competitive purposes.
Where any automobile glass (or purchased products) fail due to defects in material or workmanship during normal usage during the warranty period specified on the front of the invoice, Apple Auto Glass shall repair or replace the defective part without charge. If Apple Auto Glass is unable to make the repair or replacement, Apple Auto Glass will refund the original purchase price of your warranted product.
To obtain a warranty repair, you must take your vehicle to an Apple Auto Glass location together with a copy of the original Apple Auto Glass invoice as proof of purchase, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GRANTED FOR ANY WORK OR REPAIRS DONE BY THE CONSUMER OR ANY THIRD PARTIES.
Apple Auto Glass warranties apply only to complete and proper installation and repair. WARRANTIES MAY BE REDUCED OR WITHDRAWN WHEN CUSTOMERS ELECT INCOMPLETE OR IMPROPER INSTALLATION (such as installation over rusting metal, where the customer declined rust repair). Such details will be noted on the front of the invoice. ALL SEALANT WARRANTIES EXCLUDE SITUATIONS WHERE LEAKS ARE CAUSED BY RUSTED METAL AND/OR BODY DETERIORATION.
To the extent permitted by law, Apple Auto Glass's warranty is non-transferable and becomes null and void upon a change in ownership of the vehicle repaired or the product purchased.
